The Hague International Centre offers various forms of appointments, so that you can organise multiple formalities in one session.
We offer appointments for the following services:
- Municipal registration
o For employees
o For students (you can make an appointment through a separate form) - Immigration services from the IND
o Submitting biometrics
o Collecting residence endorsement stickers
o Collecting residence documents - Registering certificates

If you have questions about living in The Hague region, you are welcome to simply walk-in to the centre. An ACCESS information officer will be able to help answer any questions you may have.

Student registrations in The Hague
New international students can make appointments for municipal registration. The first appointments are possible from 5 February at City district Office Segbroek, Fahrenheitstraat 190 (Google Maps). Students will directly receive their BSN during the appointment.

In order to make an appointment, your personal data will be processed and recorded in the registration system of The Hague International Centre, part of the Municipality of The Hague. Your data will not be transferred to third parties. The Municipality of The Hague processes and protects your personal data as described in the Data Protection Declaration.
