Just Peace Month 2022! Discover a month of events and happenings around Peace & Justice in The Hague
Just Peace Month 2022 starts in The Hague between September 21 (International Day of Peace) and October 24 (International UN Day) of this year. The month will include plenty of interesting events and unique opportunities for people in the City- from getting a glimpse behind the scenes of some of the most famous institutions in The Hague, to a huge career event to help as many people as possible get into the Peace and Justice Sector.
The programme is a collaboration between The Hague Humanity Hub and the City of The Hague, along with tens of other contributing organisations. Anyone can be a part of #JPM22, with organisations big and small invited to contribute their event to the month.
Some of the events you can expect during Just Peace Month 2022:
The Just Peace Open Day- October 16, 10:00 – 17:00
Get a look into iconic institutions in The Hague including the Netherlands Helsinki Committee, Kosovo Specialist Chambers, International Criminal Court, International Court of Justice
The Just Peace Career and Talent event with THUAS- October 7, 11:00 – 16:00
Take your first steps in the Peace and Justice Sector at this inspiring career event! With real jobs available on the day from institutions including The Hague Conference on International Private Law, The Netherlands Helsinki Committee, and many more.
The Just Peace Closing Event with Museon- October 24, 16:00 – 20:00
Our closing event will be held at the Haags institution Museon, and will include a sneak peek at the new exhibition, and much more themed around Climate Justice. We’ll also launch our brand new Just Peace online platform!
