European Career Fair

On behalf of the NL Talent Coalition, we now invite employers to join us on a mission to MIT's European Career Fair. The fair will take place around 17-19 February 2022 in Boston, USA. Through this opportunity, you can reach hundreds of highly talented individuals who have graduated from top American universities, like MIT and Harvard, and are interested in work opportunities in Europe.

ECF is one of the largest international career fairs in the USA, specifically focused on connecting students to academic and work opportunities in Europe, with over 90 attending organisations and over 2500 participants. The participants are students, working professionals and recent alumni from renowned American and European universities with majors in (Mechanical) Engineering, Computer Sciences, Data Sciences, AI, Industrial Engineering, Math and Physics, Economics and Biomedical Sciences.

Participating organisations get access to the candidate database, can pre-screen and have one-on-one meetings with students and alumni, as well as take part in the delegation’s side events. Usually the fair is an in-person event, but this year, the European Career Fair will have a hybrid form. The fair itself will be 100% digital, however, the Netherlands will have a physical presence and an in-person programme.
