Unit Manager, Maureen Overdevest

Maureen has been the interim Unit Manger at The Hague International Centre since December 2019. The search for the permanent position began a few months ago, and our Sector Director, Alfred van den Berg, announced her new appointment last month. He also revealed to the team that she was the obvious choice for the role.

She will take on official duties on 1 December. In the coming year, she will be dedicated to bringing the Centre’s business objectives to fruition and will be focussed on developing our strategy for the longer term. And leading the team towards the shared goal to connect more internationals to The Hague region. We are excited to have Maureen lead this team!

Account Manager, Stephanie Kortleve

If you have participated at one of our events, you would have met Stephanie. She has been hosting our events since 2019, and now that we have moved our events online, she has become a familiar face for our webinar participants.

Next to her role as Host, she is also our Registration Officer at the Centre, and has recently taken on the task of account management. She will liaise with partners for operational matters such as partnership information and events. One of her projects is updating the partner information pages on our new partnership webpage. She will be sending and collating partner information forms, which will be used to update the new webpage, planned to launch on 8 December!

On top of that she will also be working on our events. She may contact you to speak at one of our webinars on various topics that are of interest to internationals in The Hague region. No change to account management

Please note that general account management remains the same. Hannelore Taal will continue managing partnerships with international clubs, while Gerko Visée will continue to manage partnerships with tax, legal, education, immigration service providers and business networks.
